• This is the information you will need to gather before submitting the form: terms child uses for parents, 2 adult male relatives, 2 adult female relatives and the first names of 3 friends
• Add the names of people your child normally sees at Eid. The names of family and friends will be scattered throughout the book, and don’t need to be related to each other. You can add a Dadi and a Nana 🙂
• Please enter the information carefully as unfortunately corrections cannot be made after the book is sent for printing
